Introduction
Environmental Engineering is one of the applications in Civil Engineering, concerned with the environment and its proper management. In modern terminology Environmental Engineering deals with air, with air water supply, waste water, solid waste, industrial hygiene etc. In this chapter only water supply and sewage (waste water) treatment are dealt.
